We are seeking a professional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of on-site operations.
Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for overall operation’s performance, P&L, budgeting, and people leadership. Direct oversight of team members hiring, training, performance.
- Directs production operations to ensure cost effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency with prescribed quality and other performance standards. Develops or revises operational and working practices; ensures compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Participates in the resolution and prevention of customer complaints, while promoting solid customer relations to work in partnership.
- Drives overall talent management, development and employee engagement activities; cultivates an environment of high performance, safety, and ethical and legal compliance; addresses employee relations issues.
- Leads communication by example, including management meetings, oversight of daily operations, and review any customer issues.
- Manages operational KPI’s.
- Leads continuous improvement efforts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum eight years of direct operational leadership experience with progressively more responsibility.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, forecasting, scheduling, real-time operations management and coordination of people and resources.
